For over 50 years, the Historic Theater building was owned by the Dickinson’s. Starting as a farmhouse for the family, it later became the headquarters for the Dickinson’s Theater. Rumors say that around that time, vendors generously paid for the enhancements of the building.

In the late 90’s, the building switched ownership to an IT company. They created some features on the building, like the training room, that we still get to enjoy today.

A few years later, in 2008, the building acquired the name of ‘Historic Theater Building’. Since then, it offers affordable office space for B2B entrepreneurs and established businesses in the KC metro area.
